Billing

Apex charges for what you use. There is no seat price and no plan gate on product features.

What you will see

• Public prices live on /pricing.
• Your meters, free allowance, and invoices live in Settings → Organization → Usage & billing.
• Card and invoices also sit under Settings → Organization → Billing.

This page does not list dollar amounts. Those change. Read them on the pricing page or in your organization settings.

What is metered

Events, experiment assignments, letter sends, outbound conversions, and AI generation each have their own meter. Unused free allowance resets each month. It does not roll over.

If a number looks wrong

Open Usage & billing and read the counting rule under that meter. Localhost and other Dev traffic follow the environment rules on Environments. Dev does not decide a winner on a live experiment.
