Nothing leaves until you say
You turn each platform on.
Apex sends nothing to an ad platform until you connect it and agree to send. A sandbox workspace never sends at all.
Attribution
Apex ties each sale to the ad that started it, then sends the purchase back to Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and the rest so they learn who actually pays. Buyer lists keep your current customers out of ads meant for new ones.

Sent back
Apex sends each sale straight to the platform from wherever it happened: Stripe, Shopify, HubSpot, QuickBooks, or your own server. You pick the one that counts, so each sale goes once, even when a browser blocks the pixel. Open a row to see where it came from and what the platform said back.

Buyer lists
Apex keeps a list of your customers on Meta and updates it daily. Leave them out of ads for new buyers, or find more people like them.
Buyer lists go to Meta today. LinkedIn is waiting on LinkedIn's approval, and Google isn't supported.
Control
Sending to ad platforms is off until you turn it on, one platform at a time. Flip the cards for what that means in practice. Security has the full detail.
Pricing
Each conversion Apex sends and each person it adds to a list counts as one activation, however many platforms it goes to. One a platform can't match isn't sent there, and isn't counted. 100,000 free every month, then $0.0001 each.
Someone already on a list doesn't count again. The daily update only sends changes, and removals never count. See all pricing.
Questions
What you do on the ad platform, what it costs, and where installs fit.
Once. For conversions, pick the event Apex sends as your conversion goal. For a buyer list, add it to your ad sets: exclude it to stop paying for current customers, or use it as a lookalike source. Apex keeps it current after that, and each card says exactly where to click.
Each conversion sent and each person added to a list is one activation, whether it goes to one platform or three. 100,000 free every month, then $0.0001 each. Only what a platform accepts counts. A person stays on a list without counting again. Removals are free. Someone who leaves a list and comes back in a later month counts once more.
Conversions go to Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and Microsoft Ads. Buyer lists go to Meta. LinkedIn lists are waiting on LinkedIn's approval. Google takes neither from Apex today.
Mobile Measurement covers installs: which ad brought each one, Apple's privacy-safe reports, suspicious installs, and holding people back to prove what the ads added.
