Partner Network

Find partners who bring profitable customers.

Apex shows you who a partner really reaches, tracks the customers they send, and puts their commission in the same table as Meta, Google, and email.

No credit card to start. Partners join free at partners.apex.inc.

Who’s actually out there

Reach is easy to see. Fit is the part that matters.

Partners sign in to Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, or Facebook, so the account is proven theirs. Apex reads the followers, subscribers, or fans on each account, plus the engagement that network reports. Instagram demographics come from the API. YouTube and TikTok detail comes from the partner, and Apex labels which is which.

Every partner carries a brand fit score, so a big account with the wrong audience doesn't outrank a smaller one with yours. Apex reads the content a partner approved, suggests a category and audience interests, and the partner signs off.

What you pay for

Pay for the thing you want, not for the click.

One program pays a flat fee on an install, a share of every order, a share of each renewal, and a bonus that expires on a date you set.

Cap the renewals a partner earns on, or leave the cap off and let them earn as long as the customer stays. Change your default rate later and the partners you already have keep the terms they joined on, every change dated.

The bonus rule carries its own start and end date, so it stops paying on its own.

The customer they sent

A partner referral is a person, not a line item.

Someone who arrived through a partner link is a customer record like any other: the orders, the renewals, what they’re worth, and who sent them, on one screen.

That’s how you learn whether a partner sends people who buy once or people who stay. The example here is illustrative.

Commission is a cost. Put it on the same board.

Commission lands in the same channel table as Meta, Google, TikTok, and email, so cost per customer compares on one footing. The partner row carries gross profit and payback, built from the cost you reported on each order.

Normally you can’t say whether your partner program is cheaper than your ads, because the two numbers live in two tools. Here they’re one table, so “pay partners more” and “cut this ad channel” are the same decision.

One condition worth knowing up front: gross profit comes off the costs you report. Load your product costs and the partner row shows margin and payback. Skip them and you’ll see revenue instead, with Apex saying what share of it the margin was measured on.

Next moves

  • Pay partners more

Partner links return $3.80 of gross profit for every $1 of commission, and they pay back in the first month. This is the best row on the board.

    Plan more budget
  • TikTok

    TikTok is losing money

Every $1 it costs to get a customer here comes back as $0.58 of gross profit. You spent $39,360 in 90 days. Cut it, or fix the targeting.

What keeps it honest

The reason partner programs get avoided is fraud.

Apex encrypts every social access token before it stores it. A conversion whose buyer email matches the partner's own email is held for review instead of paid.

Nothing leaves your account until you approve the payout. A new partner has 25% of each commission held for 90 days, falling to 15% at Trusted and 5% at Verified. Those tiers each need a phone check, a Stripe Identity check, and an interview.

Being straight about what isn’t on yet: Apex also has rules for address and device patterns, and they’re not switched on in the conversion path, so don’t buy this expecting them. The cards here are the controls running today.

Their side of it

The partners you want say no to paperwork.

A partner keeps one handle, one Stripe account, and one tax form no matter how many programs they join.

Most partner tools make a good creator start over everywhere they go: a new login, a new identity check, a new tax form. That’s why they join your program and never post. A partner already on Apex accepts your terms and shares the link the same afternoon.

What she sees the moment a click converts

  • Spring drills · Order $180.00+$21.60
  • Spring drills · Order $92.00+$11.04
  • Range Pass · Renewal $49.00+$4.90

She did identity checks once. Your program was the seventh to pay her, and she didn’t fill in a single form to join it. That’s why a good partner says yes to a program your size.

One inbox for everyone they work with, and a note the moment a click turns into a sale, so they can see which post worked and make another one.

Start the program. Find out what it costs you.

Write the terms, invite one partner, and watch the first customer arrive with a name attached. The commission shows up beside your ad spend, so you’ll know inside a month whether to pay partners more.
