Enterprise
Same products as Pay-as-you-go. The contract covers how you pay and who you work with.

What's included
You don't have to buy Apex five times. Start with any product and pay only for the usage it creates.
Apex doesn't charge a separate connector fee. The work an integration creates lands on the same usage meters above.

Sender reputation lives on your IP only. Required at high send volume.
Query event-level history past the standard 13 months, in 12-month increments. Every plan keeps 13 months.
Carrier-channel delivery billed at provider cost plus margin — a separate line, NOT counted against the Messages free tier. Email, push, and in-app stay in Messages.
Scheduled raw-data export / reverse-ETL to BigQuery, Snowflake, or S3. Billed as an add-on, not per-row — standard retention stays free.
Apex success manager assigned for your first 90 days. One-time engagement.
Questions
Billing should be the easy part. Here's what each line means.
Events, attributed conversions, and orchestrations keep flowing at the published overage rate, so Apex doesn't drop your data. Messages, activations, and AI generations pause after their grace period until you raise your spend ceiling.
Your monthly allowances are 1,000,000 events, 1,500 paid-channel attributed conversions, 1,000,000 orchestrations, 10,000 messages, 100,000 activations, and 50 AI generations. Partner Network charges are $2 per active partner each month plus 1.5% + $0.50 per payout. Integrations don't add another meter.
Both use orchestrations, which count one per-person engine decision. Experiment assignments, journey entries, branches, and suppressions count. Waits and report views don't. Messages sent by a journey use the Messages meter instead of being charged twice. Your monthly allowance is 1,000,000.
Enterprise contracts start at $36K per year. You get an invoice, custom rates, a named person, a DPA, and workspace roles. Every Apex product stays available.
Events are page views, custom events, conversions, and identity calls captured by the snippet, Mobile SDK, or Server Events API. Paid-channel attribution, orchestrations, messages, activations, and AI generations use their own meters, so the same work isn't charged twice.
The attribution meter counts paid-channel installs and conversions. Direct traffic, unpaid search, and untagged shares don't use that meter, though the activity they generate can still count as events. Partner-driven sales use the Partner Network fee schedule instead.
Event-level data stays queryable for 13 months, including while you're within the monthly allowances.
Pay-as-you-go starts with monthly allowances and charges only for usage beyond them. Adding a teammate doesn't change your bill.
Yes. Apex's PQL scoring can use activation, product use, and expansion signals. Experiments and Adaptive Journeys can measure the same self-serve conversion events.
