No product or service

Apex is pre-launch. The Site does not currently offer accounts, paid services, or any product. Information on the Site does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of any kind.

Limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
