Apex Inc. ("Apex", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through apex.inc and how we use it. We are pre-launch and do not currently offer a public product, sign-up, or account. This policy will be updated when product services become available.

This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers required to operate the site (for example, our cloud hosting and email providers), or when required by law.
