Job Description:

We're hiring an Operations Manager to handle day-to-day office tasks, assist with content creation, and help maintain a productive environment. This role will include a mix of filming, managing documents, cooking, and cleaning.

We work out of a beautiful house in Del Mar. You'll get to spend time hanging out by the pool and going on hikes during work hours every week.

Key Responsibilities

• Film content when needed and transfer videos to editors
• Manage documents and handle basic admin tasks
• Prepare one meal per day
• Clean and organize the office
• Assist with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Fast learner, organized, and diligent
• Strong social skills
• Able to commute to Del Mar, CA

Compensation and Hours

• $35-50 per hour, 20-25 hours per week
• Times and days are flexible
• Opportunity for future full-time employment
